Prudential Group Credit Ratings Ratings current as at 4 December 2025.
Prudential plc’s ratings with S&P and Moody’s are all on stable outlook. Prudential plc’s ratings with Fitch are on positive outlook. The senior and the subordinated debt is issued by Prudential Funding (Asia) PLC and the short term debt is issued by Prudential International Treasury Limited. All of the debt instruments are guaranteed by Prudential plc.
A Prospectus dated 28 March 2025, relating to Prudential plc’s $10,000,000,000 Medium Term Note Programme has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority and can be viewed here along with the executed Trust Deed.
