Our goal is to empower our people and deepen belonging at Prudential by respecting and appreciating differences. We maintain a culture where diversity is celebrated, and inclusion assured for our people, customers and partners. Following the launch of PRUCommunities in 2021, our employee-led networks continued to enhance connections and are key to deepening belonging at Prudential. In 2022, we saw the global launch of various communities including PRU Women Empowered and PRU Young Professionals. Building on the local endorsement of the United Nations Women’s Empowerment Principles in a number of our markets in 2021, our Group Chief Executive signed a Group-wide support statement for them in 2022. We have also been included in the Bloomberg Gender Equality Index 2023, being listed on the index for the third successive year.
