E-Commerce Director announced at Prudential Plc
Prudential plc has announced the appointment of Keith Bedell-Pearce as the group's director responsible for E-Commerce at Board level. He is currently Board director responsible for the group's European operations, a role which he will retain.
Keith will be responsible for the speedy and effective promotion and co-ordination of e-commerce initiatives around the group. Where appropriate, Keith will also be responsible for the implementation of specific new initiatives.
Jonathan Bloomer, group chief executive of Prudential plc said: "We regard the delivery of our future e-commerce activities as a fundamentally important strategic imperative. Keith's depth of knowledge in this area and experience of financial services make him ideally suited to the job."

Keith Bedell-Pearce (age 52) joined Prudential in 1972. He has been a director since 1992 and International Development Director since 1996. He has been chairman of Prudential Europe since September 1999.
